Meteorite NWA 11182 is a fascinating lunar meteorite classified as a feldspar breccia. Its internal structure contains white feldspar clasts embedded in a dark grey matrix with areas of melt resulting from strong impact shock. Unlike many lunar breccias, which are usually monochromatic, NWA 11182 contains shades of brown, red and dark maroon, making it particularly colourful and unique.

This meteorite is highly sought after by collectors for its aesthetic qualities and scientific significance. Its fragments provide a glimpse into the geology of the Moon.
