Product detailed description
Adrar 013 is a melt breccia lunar meteorite from the Adrar region of Algeria. It consists of gray-green fragments with a characteristic structure formed by the melting and subsequent solidification of lunar rock.
The mineral fragments are embedded in a fine rock matrix with signs of rapid cooling. The main components are pyroxenes, supplemented by olivine and small grains of ilmenite, chromite, and troilite.
Adrar 013 is a meteorite of mineralogical interest, suitable for collectors and as an investment piece. This specimen, in the form of an end-cut section, has been polished to highlight its internal structure and composition.
